Welcome to the new look Dave Kilminster Website!

On a sad note, we bid a great big thank you and a very sad and fond farewell to Dave's longterm webmaster Faith Cowling, who becomes Dave's webmaster emerita on May 31st. Faith and her company, Rock 'n' Roll Embassy, were instrumental in bringing up Dave's website for the first time and she is responsible for all the designs and permutations for the first five years. Her design skills, insights, innovative ideas, and musical sensibility have helped www.davekilminster.com grow into a well-trafficked, well-designed and informative site and we hope to continue to expand and build on the solid groundwork that she so carefully has laid out. Please remember to checkout www.rocknrollembassy.com periodically. Faith continues to design websites for a variety of companies, music related and not, and she also runs a music school - if you are in the UK and interested in guitar lessons, she is someone you definitely want to know!

Moving forward, this site is designed by Roz Marchetti of Kahuna Graphics. If you own one of Dave's solo albums, Scarlet or Playing with Fire, you are already familiar with her work - her artwork graces both CDs as well as all of Dave's press materials and his myspace site. Pete Smith, Roz's colleague, takes over as webmaster of www.davekilminster.com; he has administered the Dave Kilminster myspace site since its inception.

Contact information for Roz and Pete both can be found on the Contact Us page :o)

We want to hear your feedback on this new site, but also ask your patience. This site is still under construction and over the next few weeks you will see new features, but also the archives of referenced material brought onto the new site. If you find that a link doesn't work and you don't see a note telling you that we know it, please tell us!

We also want to bring you up to speed on the latest
news from Dave.

on "internet radio" to listen in. Mark has
followed Dave's career for many years and has met up with him several times. Check out this photo of Dave and Mark from 2002. You can learn more about Mark at his website: www.markfromholland.com. To check out what time to listen where you are, go to www.timeanddate.com. The site easily converts GMT to any time zone in the world. We hope you can join us! It promises to be a lot of fun :o)))

Many thanks to those of you who have come down to the Riva to see Dave perform with Murray Hockridge - it is a unique and wonderful experience. The performance was the first of a series. The second takes place on June 1st and the series will continue throughout the summer - check out the Tour Dates page for an up to date list.

The BBC's legendary Sue Marchant welcomed Dave into her studio a second time this past week, this time with Murray, so many of you around the world got a chance to hear the two chat with Sue and sing. Great fun and we hope to have a podcast of the show for you soon. The feedback so far has been wonderful... the combination of voice and strings can't be matched and Sue makes her studio fun for performers and listeners alike.

Fans in St Petersburg Russia will have the chance to see the Roger Waters Band perform the last show of this leg of the Dark Side of the Moon Tour . It is great fun and we wish it could go on forever. Thanks for agreeing with us! ;o)))

So, once again...welcome! Please, take a look around, and tell us what you think! And if you haven't done so, sign up for the newsletter. We love to stay in touch!
